Are you bilingual in English and Spanish, with proven experience in sales and SaaS product marketing? At Humara, we're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our business team. This position is perfect for you if you have at least 3 years of experience in commercial sales, telemarketing, cold calling, and wish to contribute to the digital transformation of a key yet under-digitized sector. About Us At Humara, we combine pioneering technology with our vision to address one of the century's biggest challenges: sustainable waste management. We develop software tools enabling companies to design and operate more efficient and advanced waste treatment plants, achieving significant savings in time and resources, and recovering the maximum amount of materials from waste, anywhere in the world. About the Role As an SDR at Humara, you will work directly with management and the team to generate leads with potential clients, especially in international markets. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients by phone or email, presenting the benefits of our technological platform. Your challenges will include: Efficiently managing market and lead information. Maintaining and enriching our CRM database. Identifying opportunities to improve your work processes to increase productivity. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing, SDR roles, or sales. Bilingualism in Spanish and English. Verbal and written communication skills. Creativity in problem-solving and initiative. Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to convey it through digital media.
